MS Power Fraud and the Mummy (Historic District) Cartel

On July 20 and 21 new poles went up at Bohn and Division — one at the driveway, one where the eighteen-wheeler parks, one in the middle. Added, not replaced. In the historic district, where a resident needs a Certificate of Appropriateness to touch a window. Asked for the permit that makes it lawful, the City answered in writing: there are no other documents or records in the City’s possession that are responsive to this request. Not here it is. None.

Ordinance complaint filed August 4 · City said “two weeks” on August 10.
